At our clinic, we help you reconnect with your body through movement that restores balance, strength, and confidence.

We don’t just dish out exercises without a proper plan and an intention to progress. We won’t give exercises that are irrelevant to your story, your capability and your needs.

What To expect

Even elite athletes need to have the foundations of movement to enable them to perform and win.

At this clinic we will try to identify the absolute root of the issue you are presenting with, and to be clear, you don’t need to be an elite athlete to function as optimally as possible.

You may come in with a sore neck or back, but the route of your problem may be your feet or the immense amount of stress you’ve been experiencing has affected your nervous system. So to start with we may give you exercises that help you to reconnect to your body and be aware of your body’s stress response, or we may give you foot and ankle exercises.

You can book Pilates/rehab sessions as a standalone session and you can also expect to receive exercises at the end of an osteopathy or massage session. For optimum results it is often best to have these sessions in an addition to your manual therapy.

You will always be sent away with homework, and sometimes you will be asked to send through a video of yourself walking or exercising, so we can get a better understanding of how your move in everyday life.

For standalone sessions, please arrive in stretchy, comfortable clothing. Ideally nothing too loose so we can see how you are moving.
