I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and am also a Pilates instructor, nutritional therapist and sports massage therapist, with additional training in medical acupuncture, ultrasound treatment and kinesiology taping.
I love being an osteopath and am hugely enthusiastic about osteopathy, having observed the positive changes it can make to people’s physical and mental wellbeing. As a one-to-one Pilates instructor, it’s also incredibly satisfying helping people work towards a healthier, more active life.

I’ve been working in the health and wellbeing industry for over 20 years, and I am also a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master practitioner and Inner Power Therapeutic coach. My first career was in IT which involved spending many hours at a computer which led me to have neck & shoulder issues. This sparked my passion for massage and lead to me qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist. In 2008 my passion became my career and I focused solely on treating clients in large blue chip corporates including Barclays Investment Bank, Accenture and GE Healthcare. A shift of gears during the pandemic has led me to work locally, offering my wealth of experience at tailoring massage treatments to address the client’s needs here in Harpenden.
As a therapist I treat I wide variety of conditions including:
- Lower back pain
- Neck & shoulder tension
- Muscle injuries
- Restricted movement or pain on movement

Additional patient feedback:
“I didn’t expect my pain to disappear after the first session, but it did. The pain was one of the biggest things affecting my sleep and general wellbeing, and to have it disappear after one session seemed like a miracle. Though it’s taking time to get my movement back (which is expected with frozen shoulder), my health has greatly improved since seeing Magdalena.”
“In my personal experience, over several months, Magdalena tried all the tricks she had available up her sleeves and made a big difference to my health…and there was a lot to deal with. She also took the time to answer all my questions and explain the reasons behind her method at each session, which I found helpful and useful. I like to learn, and she patiently explained things very well.”
“I’m now pain free in my arm and have much better sleep than I’ve had in years.”
“I’m very grateful to Magdalena and know many others feel the same.”
