I’ve been working in the health and wellbeing industry for over 20 years, and I am also a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master practitioner and Inner Power Therapeutic coach. My first career was in IT which involved spending many hours at a computer which led me to have neck & shoulder issues. This sparked my passion for massage and lead to me qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist. In 2008 my passion became my career and I focused solely on treating clients in large blue chip corporates including Barclays Investment Bank, Accenture and GE Healthcare. A shift of gears during the pandemic has led me to work locally, offering my wealth of experience at tailoring massage treatments to address the client’s needs here in Harpenden.
